Claire + Dave were married on a bright Summer’s day at the gorgeous Wildman BT, one year ago this past week! This wedding was especially meaningful as Claire is a family friend of Noelle’s, so she was thrilled when they reached out seeking a Partial Planner for their big day. Noelle had already booked another amazing OFW couple for their chosen day, so this wedding planning process was a collaborative effort for team OFW! Noelle led planning up until the day of the event and then Katie took the reigns, on wedding day, to coordinate and insure all planning was executed flawlessly.

The day could not have been any more perfect! The sun was shining and you could genuinely tell that both Claire and Dave were more than ready to marry one another and had so much love for each other. It was so sweet to see all of the love the couple received from their family and friend’s as well. The day was filled with special moments and so so SO much joy. We hope that the last year has been filled with just as much bliss as your wedding day!

Claire’s closest friends joined her in her suite at The Emily Hotel to get ready with her in the morning.

The Bridal Artistry Team beautified Claire with the perfect touches on her already natural beauty, and were so helpful with scheduling so Claire could have a relaxed morning with her friends! Noelle & Claire share a special bond as they both got their wedding dresses from Niki at Love Theory Bridal, who is simply the BEST!

Dave got ready down the hall and prepped a special guest that he sent down to surprise Claire as she was wrapping up hair and make-up.

After Claire was dressed she met Dave at the entrance of the hotel for their very sweet first look.

The couple then snuck away for some portraits together, before heading to their ceremony at Wildman BT. Also, a moment for Claire’s gorgeous bouquet! Thistle and Plume totally crushed it, as per usual.

The ceremony space at Wildman BT is stunning in the evening and this really set the tone for a lovely ceremony. Plus, again, the florals were gorgeous! Claire + Dave arrived early for some family photos before tying the knot.

The couple had a close friend officiate and she kept the ceremony short, sweet and to the the point.

Following the ceremony, the couple joined their guests for cocktail hour, while the amazing vendor team busted out a flawless flip for the reception space.

The Hearty Boys was such an incredible partner in menu selection, but also design. We spent a good portion of our final walkthrough scoring through linen options and comparing textures, a dream for any planner minded people and made possible by the ever amazing Allison Green.

Along with the Thistle and Plume team, they completely transformed the ceremony space into a warm, candle filled space for the reception. When talking about florals, we knew we wanted a true POP of color to flood the space with more muted vessels and background tones. Thistle & Plume made dreams come true with their carefully selected blooms, paired with black taper candles and dark compotes, made the room glow with the brightest spark. Just stunning!

The signage was Claire’s baby within planning. She took her own handwriting and made it a font (as one as amazing as C does) and used it on the welcome sign, menus, and more throughout their day. It was that perfect final touch to pull everything together - so personal and so beautiful.

Some thoughts on the days leading up to THE day:

Working with Claire + Dave throughout the planning process was such a joy for Noelle. Claire - a fellow lover of the tiniest details and big moments - had a true vision going into designing their day, so pairing them with the perfect vendors was essential!

Of course, two of Noelle’s fave folks in the industry lended their talents. Emily Williams Photography is an incredible partner to have on a wedding day and during the planning process. Her laid back approach combined with her focus and positivity made for the perfect match for Claire + Dave to have capture their day. Don’t even get us started about how stunning Emily’s work is - it speaks for itself! Finally, DJ Max Davis brought the house down with his tunes, as he always does, and sealed another Olive Fine wedding with a kiss as he kept their dance floor full and FUN!

All in all - it was an absolute pleasure to help C+D bring their vision to life. Noelle was so sad to not be able to see it in person, but was so thankful to Katie for taking care of every little detail they had dreamed up for the day.

The couple enjoyed dinner with their guests, shared a sweet cake cutting moment and then tore it up on the dance floor all night long!

It was truly a lovely evening.
