Noelle coordinated a really, really special wedding over July 4 weekend. Our assistant, Haley, got married, and every detail was pure perfection. Noelle’s words below, coupled with some dreamy images by Nicole Ryann Photography. In one word: WOW.

Haley + Drew’s wedding was an extra special on for OFW, as Haley is one of our amazing assistants! Knowing Haley, it was going to be a stunner, and boy was it.

We began the day at the La Banque Hotel, a charming boutique hotel in Homewood, IL close to where their families live. The morning was filled with chill chatter from H’s gorgeous group of bridesmaids while Erika Alexis Beauty and Tamara Holden Hair made HMU dreams come true. Nicole Ryann Photography was with us all day to capture the amazing images - we can’t stop staring at them ourselves and reliving this stunning day!

An explosion of color arrived when Ki House dropped off the bouquets and bouts, filled with incredible blooms and a stunning color palette - we were so wowed! Pair them with Haley’s details - personalized perfume, two sets of earrings for the day, and her Alice and Ivory gown - and we have a knockout set up for the day already.

Once Haley was dressed and ready to go with the help of her mom, she had a sweet first look with her dad. Drew was dapper in his Men’s Wearhouse tux awaiting her arrival at Ravisloe Country Club with his groomsmen, putting final touches on their looks. Before we departed for their first look, they both opened surprise gifts from each other. Who wouldn’t want a stunning Anthropologie mirror to do a final fit check before heading to their forever?

Ravisloe boasts a stunning courtyard for their ceremonies. The summer sunshine beamed on the floral set up, and H + D shared a sweet first look on the patio before diving into family photos and bridal party portraits in and around the Ravisloe grounds.

The ceremony was filled with sweet moments and laughter - just as Haley + Drew fill everyone’s lives with. Cloud Gate String Quartet played them down the aisle, and their friend Jack married them under the sweet summertime glow of their love. Their friends and families tore the roof off the place with their cheers once they sealed the deal with a kiss, and then the party really began!

Signature cocktails flowed and families were joined during cocktail hour before they headed int the reception space. The welcome table included family photos from generations past, more stunning blooms, and a set of escort cards set aside for those no longer with us. Ki House stunned us again with the sweetheart table of dreams and centerpieces we couldn't stop staring at.

Haley + Drew made a grand entrance that sparkled - literally - courtesy of Love Ent by Milk Majer who would provide the tunes for the rest of the evening. We kicked off dinner with sweet speeches from the Father of the Bride, Best Man, and Maid of Honor, all who brought tears and laughter to the whole room.

While everyone ate, H + D snuck out for some golden hour photos and

just LOOK at these beauties!

You could truly feel the love in the room as this deeply caring couple danced with their parents and then with each other, before opening up the dance floor to boogie the night away with their guests. We are so lucky to have Haley on our team, and we are SO glad we got to help make her dream day come true. We’ll keep coming back to this one for a long while.
